1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI360 Digital Agency SAS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

Service:

Any product or service provided by AI360 Digital Agency SAS through the website or commercial agreements.

User:

Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses our services.

Content:

Any material, information or data provided by us or other users.

Contract:

Commercial agreement between the User and AI360 for the provision of services.

3. User Rights and Warranties

By using our services, you warrant:

• You are over 18 years old
• You have legal authority to bind yourself
• You are not prohibited by law from using our services
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will not use our services for illegal activities

 4. Limitation of Liability

Limitation Amount:

AI360's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Harassment, threats or abuse
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Spam or mass unsolicited communications
• Cyberattacks or unauthorized access attempts
• Violation of Colombian laws

Consequences: Violation of this policy will result in immediate account cancellation without refund.

6. Service Termination

Termination by User:

You may cancel your account at any time by written notice.

Termination by AI360:

We may cancel your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You fail to pay
• Your activity is suspicious or fraudulent
• For legitimate business reasons

You will be notified by email with at least 15 days' notice.

 7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (logos, texts, images, code) is owned by AI360 or our providers. You may not copy, reproduce or modify without express permission.

 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction:

The civil courts of Bogotá, D.C., Colombia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI360, its executives, employees and agents from any claim, lawsuit, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your use of our services
• Third-party claims related to your conduct
